Stoney Point Meadows is proud to announce that we have received the Pinnacle Customer Service award! This is the second year in a row that we were scored in the top 15% of senior care in the nation.

Congratulations to all of our staff at Stoney Point Meadows for your outstanding work! This award is an honor for our community and highlights what we are doing for Assisted Living and Memory Care in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Throughout 2023, Stoney Point Meadows residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews where they answered open-ended questions and rated Stoney Point Meadows in multiple categories.

Stoney Point Meadows is proud to be managed by Cassia, which has a mission to foster fullness of life for older adults in the spirit of Christ’s love. Cassia provides independent and assisted living communities, memory care, skilled nursing care centers, short-term rehabilitation centers, adult day programs and a variety of community-based services for older adults across five states.
