Stoney Point Meadows has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Since August 2019, a sampling of Stoney Point Meadows’ customers and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate Stoney Point Meadows in specific categories.

Every month since August 2019, Stoney Point Meadows has gathered its real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of the residents’ needs and make improvements when necessary.

As of May 2020, Stoney Point Meadows has consistently ranked above the national average in multiple categories including a score of 95% for Recommendation to Others, Safety and Security, and Personal Care as well as 100% in Dignity and Respect, Cleanliness and Move-in Process.
