You’ll appreciate your well-equipped kitchen, but why cook? Our chef creates breakfast, lunch and supper for you every day, and all are professionally served in the Meadowlark Dining Room.

Leave behind the daily chores. Weekly housekeeping, all maintenance and all utilities including cable television and WiFi are included, excludes personal phone. Your apartment has individually-controlled heat and air conditioning for your comfort.

And, because of this, the monthly rent at Stoney Point Meadows is “ALL INCLUSIVE.” What does this mean for you? This means that ALL health and personal cares for residents, such as medication set-up and administration, assistance with bathing, daily vital signs, oxygen management, personal hygiene and more are all included in the monthly rent. Health care is managed by a licensed nurse or registered nurse who collaborate with your physician.
Also, there are no move-in, community or activity fees!

We believe the cost for your cares should not be a surprise. We want you to seek all the cares you need without worrying about the fees.
